Remember each individual has talents and skills that we don't. Seek these people out and do article swapping or just ask for help about something they know. Take your specific skills and make them fun and entertaining to learn. I was one of those frustrated people who couldn't just find a way to get things going until Alex Jeffreys made it fun for me. Now that I make it fun instead of just work, the success does follow. I'm sorry you are having back problems as I sympathize since hurting my own last night at my "JOB."
