Up Periscope……Onwards and Upwards

By

pheeewww! Now I can gasp for air :-)

Well, I said it wouldn’t be long before I came back from under the radar and well….here I am! First though, thank youfor the amazing comments during the last few months!

No Longer Under The Radar

So what have I been up to since my last post?

Honest answer? It’s been challenging, let me explain.

After launching my first product back in May, it became apparent, you just can’t just create a product (spending loads of man hours in the process) and then not build it up to a release date with more than enough JV’s on board.

It was also dissapointing, apart from one or two, that didn’t promote it after saying they would, but hey, it can only be expected! So after seeling a few copies, with 0 refunds, I moved my focus towards utilising everything I had learnt from Internet Marketing and to start talkng to small Local Businesses and help them build a presence online and market effectively to generate more leads. My first client was www.financeemergencyroom.com a Bridging Finance Company helping businesses raise much needed capital from their assets! This business is building every day and generating leads online.

So in the following months, I continued to moved forward with my Local Internet Marketing business www.localbuzzmarketing.co.uk and started creating more videos online too, but found out quickly you can soon find yourself too much in the business instead of building a business! a trap every internet marketer falls into and one that I did for a while.

Are you still with me? Good :-)

Moving on to recent events and another BIG shift! Fellow Internet Marketer and entrepeneuer Richard Hill and I started talking in the last few months and it soon became apparent that we both had the same vision and goals for our Internet Marketing Businesses. After a few weeks of discussions we finally thrashed out a deal that see’s me joining Richard in his business SEO Traffic Lab.

Richard already has an impressive client list and and now I have partnered with Richard to move the business forward further as Social Media Development Manager. An exciting time for both of us, with some big plans ahead.

So where does this leave me now?

Well as you can appreciate, my main focus is going to be with SEO Traffic Lab and working with Richard to build the business to the level we both desire and will work towards…..BUT…old habits die hard and I will continue to also build niche sites, take part in affiliate promotions, CPA promotions and completely master Social Media Marketing!

One lesson learnt though, I won’t be doing all this on my own…….outsource :-)

As this blog is now resurrected, you will start to see some changes to the look and feel over the coming months and the Sean Beardmore Internet Marketing Story continues!

Take care

Sean

Hi Sean

Glad to see that some of us like a few of my fellow students and myself may have got you back to blogging. If this blog is anything to go by, I can see you will continue. This is my third visit here this year and I am really pleased that you have resurrected your blog.

Like to let you know I have finished my course and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I was looking forward to a break but instead it looks like I have to put my new found skills to use and launch a physical product in the next four weeks.

So I hope all is going well for you and you are achieving what you set out to do.

To your continued success

Sue

Hey Sean,

Well I guess you can take a positive from your product, no refund requests is always a good sign!

Social Media Development Manager, wow that’s an impressive name, hope you can live up to it ha ha.

Good luck, I hope it works out well for you.

And just remember I will so be asking ya for lots of tips as I am hopeless with SEO.

Speak soon,

Sally :)

Hope that you are well mate – great to see an update and hear about how you are getting on. Firstly congratulations!! Great to see that you are proving successful in your new venture into “offline” business – it seems to be a grwoing area with more and more courses, products and marketers talking about it – looks like you guys are in at the ground level as early adopters so should give you an advantage!! Look forward to hearing how you get on and any hints and tips would be good…

Im still finding time is against me (what with working full time) but am starting to look at outsourcing and scaling so that I can get over the hurdles and push forwards, trying to eradicate those bad old habits and stick with the good ones!!

Anyway, wish you and Richard all the best, great to see some MWA connections paying off, hopefully we will be able to JV in the future, or at the very least grab that much talked about beer!!

Cheers

Tom

To do all this…. “also build niche sites, take part in affiliate promotions, CPA promotions and completely master Social Media Marketing” as well as be the Social Media Development Manager, you will need to outsource. That is a lot on your plate.
